Tomato, pepper and beef BBQ skewers
Ingredients
250g diced beef
3tbsp Dijon mustard
1tsp sea salt
1tsp ground black pepper
12 cherry tomatoes
1 red, green or yellow peppers
Method
1) Start by pepper into cubes. Take your dice beef and place it into a bowl with your Dijon mustard, sea salt and pepper to marinade. Allow to marinade for 30 minutes so that the flavour soaks into that beef.
2) After your beef have marinade take your skewers and add your tomatoes beef and peppers alternating so you have the perfect skewers.
3) Next, take a frying pan and heat it medium heat until smoking hot you want some smoke coming from that pan or heating up your BBQ/fire pit. Now your beef skewers are ready add them to your frying pan or BBQ/fire pit grill and grill for around 10 minutes flipping all the time.
4) You should have a sear on your beef and grill marks on your peppers. If using a BBQ/fire pit ensure your meat is cooked through and has a nice colour, it may take slightly longer than a frying pan as it isn't as strong direct heat.
