Chocolate Milkshake
Ingredients
400 g chocolate ice cream
80 ml milk (semi skimmed or full fat)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp chocolate sauce (50ml cream over 50ml melted chocolate)
Squirty cream
Method
1) Place your ice cream, cocoa powder and milk into a blender and blend until fully combined.
2) Scrape down your blender and blend again to avoid any lumps of cocoa powder.
3) Drizzle your serving glasses with 1 tbsp of your chocolate sauce and fill with your milkshake. Finish with some squirty cream and drizzle the top with your leftover chocolate sauce and enjoy with a big bubble straw.
