Vanilla - No Churn - Ice Cream

Ingredients

397g (1 tin) condensed milk

600ml double cream 

2tsp vanilla extract 

Method

1) In a large bowl, pour in the cream and whisk until soft peaks form and curl over a little when you lift the whisk out of the mixture.

2) Fold through the vanilla extract along with the condensed milk and whisk again until stiff peaks form. 

3) Spoon the mixture into a large freezer tub and cover with a lid or cling film. Freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight for the best ice-cream.
