Biscoff Bronuts

Biscoff Bronuts

Ingredients

200 g margarine

300 g light brown sugar

3 eggs

75 g plain flour

 55 g cocoa powder

150 g milk chocolate

100g Biscoff spread

16 to 18 Biscoff biscuits

 Method

1) Start, by melting your chocolate by it self until it's flows smoothly. You can do this in a bain-marie (Saucepan of simmering water with a bowl over the top) or short burst in the microwave. Set aside to cool down.

2) Beat together you butter and sugar until fully incorporated you want this to almost double in size. This will take about 5 minutes

3) Next, fold in your cocoa powder, eggs and flour until fully combined this should form a loose paste.

4) Finally, fold in your melted chocolate make sure you don't have some areas with more chocolate than the other. Do not overbeat else all the air you created with that butter and sugar will disappear so your bronuts won't be light and fluffy.

5) Pipe into your donut mould and bake in your preheated oven for 25 - 35 minutes depending if you want your bronuts more cakey or fudgy. Allow to cool fully.

6) Once your bronuts have cooled drizzle with some Biscoff spread and top with a Biscoff biscuit and crumbs of a crushed up biscuit.
