Chocolate cornflake cakes

Ingredients

70g unsalted butter

150 g milk chocolate

3 eggs

5 tbsp of golden syrup

140 g of cornflakes 

 80g Mini eggs

 Method

1) Start, by melting your butter, chocolate and syrup until it forms a liquid. Do not overheat this mixture, else you may burn your chocolate. While this is melting, line my cupcake tray with cupcake cases

2) Simply , pour into your cupcake cases and make sure you evenly distributed your mixture and top with some scrumptious mini eggs and refrigerate for around 2 hours or until set.
