Rice Krispy Treats
Ingredients
200 g marshmallows
75 g unsalted butter
200 g rice krispies
Selection of sprinkles (You could add chopped chocolate bars)
Method
1) Start, by lining your traybake tin or any rectangular tray you have with parchment/ greaseproof paper. Next start by, melting together your butter and marshmallows. You can do this, in a saucepan or microwave. To stir the butter and marshmallows, grease a spatula and stir so the marshmallows do not stick to the spatula. Be aware in the saucepan they will caramelise slightly.
2) Fold together your marshmallow and butter mixture, with your sprinkles and rice krispy's. Place, into a lined tin. Refrigerate overnight and then it will pop out your baking tray.
