Keelan's Kitchen: seasonal dishes cookbook is a book full to the brim of recipes from back to basics where I share my Jam, curd, caramel how to make stock beef chicken and vegetable also shortcrust pastry and much much more. I guide you through the seasons from winter to spring to summer to Autumn. 

In the winter you want a hug in a bowl to keep you warm and that is just what I give you. In spring you want to make the most of the greens such as my chicken and watercress risotto and my Lemon and thyme cod tray bake. In the summer you want to make those magical moment so I have added a bunch of fast and fresh recipes such as my cherry tomato pasta and beef tacos. Finally, as the leaves turn brown you want a spice food using things like cinnamon and that is why I have crammed spices into cozy foods.
